For a while, I was actually writing reviews of (almost) all the public youth hostels, campgrounds, B&B's and cheap hotels in which I had stayed. In time, however, that proved to be just too bloody time-consuming and tedious. At some point I might attempt to write a few more, but if you're going someplace I've been and want some advice, your best bet is probably to just drop me an email and ask.
As always, my reviews are as completely unbiased as possible. I receive no payment, no free rooms, no extra services of any kind in exchange for my reviews. If I don't like the place, I'll say so. Always keep in mind, however, that my priorities may be different than yours; if you don't like someplace that I've recommended, it ain't my fault.
If you've stayed at a place that you think is totally cool, feel free to contact me, but in order to maintain the "unbiased" nature of my reviews, I will have to put your review in the "third party reviews" category (see list at the bottom of this page), since for all I know, you might be the owner of the establishment.
Last but not least, prices change, places go out of business, yada yada yada, I don't guarantee anything, I'm just doing this in the hopes that somebody will find it useful.
