The woman who runs this place almost refused to let me stay. The only reasons she said it was okay was because her daughter had already told me when I called that I could have a room. Once I checked in, I basically never heard another word out of anyone. Breakfast was okay, and a single was only £15 (the going rate in Cavan is about £20), but I basically felt like I had invaded somebody's house. Not fun.
